Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you use TripOrbit, the software for travel agencies available at this website (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the agency you sign up for. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What TripOrbit does
TripOrbit helps travel agencies record enquiries, build itineraries and prices, send proposals to their clients, raise invoices and track payments. Your clients use the Service only to view, accept or comment on what you send them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of your agency.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite.
- Tell us at contact@layzox.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
- New agencies get a 1-month free trial with every feature. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, the Service is billed per agency on the plan you choose: Solo ₹999, Agency ₹1,499 or Network ₹2,599 per month, or the yearly price shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude GST, which is added to every invoice.
- Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for a period that has already started, except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You can export your leads and documents before you leave. We delete agency data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your data and your clients' data
- Everything you enter (your agency details, your clients' details, trips, prices and documents) belongs to you. We use it only to run the Service for you.
- You confirm that you have a lawful reason to collect your clients' personal data and share it with us for this purpose, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- We do not sell your data and we do not contact your clients except to deliver what you send them through the Service.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of your proposals and invoices, including prices, inclusions, cancellation terms and the GST rate and treatment. TripOrbit calculates figures from the settings you choose; it does not give tax or legal advice. Please confirm your tax position with your chartered accountant.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, to mislead travellers, to upload material you have no right to use, or to try to access another agency's data or interfere with the Service.
7. Photos and third-party services
Built-in destination photos come from Unsplash under its licence. If you connect WhatsApp Business, Razorpay or your own email server, your use of those services is also governed by their terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, TripOrbit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost bookings or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the Service at risk. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any issue; if we cannot, disputes will be heard by the competent courts in India.
